Key Responsibilities :

1. Create user-friendly documentation including guides, tutorials, FAQs, and troubleshooting materials for our SaaS product.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical insights and ensure accurate documentation.

3. Implement and manage a Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate employee training and development.

4. Curate and organize learning content, ensuring it aligns with company goals and user needs.

5. Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of the Knowledge Management System (KMS).

6. Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing among internal teams.

7. Analyze user feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement in documentation and learning Required Skills & Qualifications :

1. Proficiency in technical writing and creating user-centric documentation.

2. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Knowledge Management Systems (KMS).

3. Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts in an accessible manner.

4. Experience in curating and organizing learning content for employee development.
