Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an Operations Executive based in Bengaluru. The Operations Executive will oversee and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure the smooth running of construction projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, collaborating with teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards. The role also involves analyzing operations performance and providing actionable recommendations for efficiency improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee and optimize project workflows.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Proven Analytical Skills to monitor and enhance operational efficiency and ensure quality standards.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and compliance is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred. Relevant work experience in operations or project management is highly valued.
