RoleExpectations:

• Knowledgeof Color Cosmetics and New product developmentprocess
• Solid experience in ProcurementSourcing and Supplier operations
• Should haveexperience in Negotiation Supplier Management and DevelopmentStakeholder Management.
• Effective suppliercommunications and engagement in keyprograms
• Conduct market scoping and competitormapping routinely
• Vendor Management and VendorNegotiation ability
• Conduct Product Survey andbenchmarking the Products
• Exposure to a beauty/ cosmetics environment is beneficial but notessential.
• Willingness to work in Robust andFast Pacedenvironment

RoleDeliverables:

• Coordinatingwith all stakeholders to plan and execute product launches fromtesting to color selection to production packaging andshipments.
• Coordinating with logistics partnersfor documentation and delivery of samples and finalproducts.
• Coordinating back office operationslike scheduling payments product registrationsetc.
• Following up on the packaging artworkcreation with the designer and further coordinating the same withsuppliers for the order
• Coordination with thewarehouse team for incoming consignments and purchase orders in thesystem.
