At Trantor, we are seeking a Customer Success Engineer to join our team. As a trusted technical advisor, you will help our customers maximize their return on investment by implementing and operationalizing security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure customers achieve their business and security objectives through rapid implementation of security solutions.
• Implement custom integrations and workflows for seamless integration with customer's security operations center.
• Serve as the first line of defense in solving customer support requests and coordinating timely resolutions with engineering teams.
