- Developing and executing marketing strategies to meet our business objectives, including but not limited to social media, influencer marketing, offline marketing, media planning & buying, PR & communication, agency management, project management, ATL & BTL activities, campaign & brand management and copywriting & content creation.
- Collaborate with business development, digital/performance marketing, and tech teams to create compelling content that drives conversions and enhances the user experience.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, media or related fields. Master's preferred.
- 79 years of handson experience in social media, influencer, advertising, offline marketing, media buying & PR functions, preferred in luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, health care, insurance, banking brands or other related sectors.
- Datadriven decision maker and understands both the art (data analysis) & science (human insight) of marketing.
- Managed & delivered highperformance campaigns inhouse and also with creative agency teams.
- A strong sense of creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics, enabling the creation of captivating and compelling content.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to crossfunctional teams.
