Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Identify new market segments, international sales channels, and growth opportunities for Shopify agency services.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Business Development & International Sales:

• Lead the international sales efforts for Shopify clients, including prospecting, pitching, and closing high-value deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across multiple regions, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Develop account plans and growth strategies for enterprise and high-volume Shopify clients.

Team Leadership & Management:

• Mentor, manage, and guide the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Foster a high-performance sales culture through training, goal setting, and performance evaluation.

Collaboration & Alignment:

• Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with service offerings and client needs.
• Provide insights and feedback to enhance service delivery, client satisfaction, and retention.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, forecasting revenue, and reporting results to senior management.
• Use CRM tools to manage pipelines, track leads, and ensure accurate reporting.
