    Job Overview

    We are seeking a Junior Telesales Executive to join our team. This is a full-time position requiring 1-3 years of work experience. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls and handling telemarketing activities to promote our services.

    Qualifications and Skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    You will be responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on leads assigned. Additionally, you will build a strong relationship with customers by understanding their requirements and suggesting the right product.

    You will also sell Membership packages over the phone and achieve targeted sales numbers and value while maintaining quality parameters. Furthermore, you will explain product features in detail and encourage customers to upgrade or renew their matrimony packages.

    This is a dynamic role that requires working six days a week with rotational off-days. Fluency in Tamil, Malayalam, and excellent communication skills in English are essential for this position.
