Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations including accounting budgeting andtax compliance.
Manage cash flowfinancial forecasting and budgetpreparation.

Coordinate withexternal auditors for annualaudits.
Develop and maintaininternal controls to safeguard the company sassets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA orequivalent is preferred.
