- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to attract the best talent.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, applications, and recruitment metrics using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant labour laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruitment specialist or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations governing recruitment in India.
