    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator at The Rajbari Bawali. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to HR management, benefits administration, HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), labor and employment law compliance, and other HR-related activities. The role will require working closely with the HR team and ensuring smooth operations of human resources function.

    Qualifications
    • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) management
    • Experience in benefits administration
    • Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
    • Familiarity with labor and employment law
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
    • Payroll Management & Compliance
