    Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility, driving website traffic, and achieving online marketing goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential search terms and phrases, optimizing content and campaigns for search engine visibility.
    • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword selection, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance tracking.
    • Develop and execute targeted Facebook advertising campaigns, including audience segmentation and performance optimization.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for campaign improvement and achieving KPIs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Proven experience of 3 - 4 years as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful digital campaigns.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Email Marketing platforms.
