- Hunt / acquire new logos / customers
- Independently manage the whole sales pipeline from lead generation > lead qualification > product presentation > negotiation > closure and contract signing
- Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers
- Refine sales approach and meticulously execute on it (target industries, target buyers, and target personas)
- Keep self educated about competitors, and emerging trends among the customers
- Partner with marketing, demand generation, and onboarding team to manage the customer acquisition
- You have 35 years of experience in the customerfacing customer success field
- Experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business
- Development, or any other clientfacing role. (Having experience in B2B SaaS/Fintech Sales is a major plus)
- Smart thinker, innovator, decisionmaker who can inspire customer loyalty.
- Great leadership skills
- Strong technical understanding to coordinate client's new and existing requirements
- Have an acumen and tact of handling C-Suite discussions
- Great communication skills
- You are energized working in a highvolume, fastpaced sales environment
- You bring confidence and energy to conversations while delivering inspiring product demonstrations and articulating value and ROI
- You're a people person who demonstrates excellent interpersonal/customerrelations skills in person, in writing, and over the phone/meeting
