    Job Overview

    We are seeking a skilled Collections Representative to join our team at FLY Consulting Services. As a Collections Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and collecting outstanding payments. This is a full-time position based in Malad, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in banking collections, customer care, voice process, international voice process, and collections.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in banking collections, customer care, voice process, international voice process, or collections
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work independently and meet targets
    • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with collections software is a plus
    • Knowledge of collection laws and regulations

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage customer accounts and ensure timely payments
    • Contact customers to discuss overdue payments and negotiate payment plans
    • Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
    • Follow up with customers via phone, email, and letters to ensure payment commitments are met
    • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding collections and payments
    • Meet targets for collections and minimize bad debt
    • Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues
