Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in Noida. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and nurturing relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new sales opportunities. Daily tasks include maintaining client communication, preparing reports, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Account management and client relationship-building skills
- Analytical abilities to monitor market trends and derive insights
- Proficiency in report preparation and presenting data effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team collaboration and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in sales and a customer-centric approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
