    Job Description

    1. Customer Data Analytics, Post Sales Co-ordination, Customer Retention, processing sales orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and pricing structures.
    2. Coordinate with the Operations and Logistics teams to ensure timely product dispatch and delivery according to customer requirements.
    3. Prepare accurate and complete invoices in line with company regulations.
    4. Maintain accurate sales order records and track order status updates for internal and customer communication.
    5. Liaise with customers to address inquiries regarding orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
    6. Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales reports, and maintaining customer databases.
    7. Manage and update sales-related documents and records electronically.
    8. Proactively identify and resolve any order processing issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
    9. Assist with sales meetings and presentations as needed.

    Qualification -

    BSC – Chemistry, B. E. in Chemical, BMS / PG – Sales with a Minimum 2 Years of Sales Experience in the Chemistry Industry or Manufacturing Sales.

    Job Location - Vadodara - Gujarat.

    CTC - Rs. 3.5 Lacs onwards per annum + Gratuity + PF + Bonus + Med Claim + Group Personal Accident + Leave Salary.

    Office timing - 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
