Working with organization to develop a recruitment plan.

Source potential candidates from various online networks.

Be active with some online portals, social media networks and platform to find qualified candidates for open position

End to end recruitment skills

Have to take responsibility of screening the CVs to Onboarding process.

Conducting initial telephonic interview with candidate.

Daily update.

Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives.

Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job description, posting ads and managing the hiring process.

Maintain employee records, according to policy and legal documents.

Review employment and working condition to ensure legal compliance.

Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
