    Role& Responsibilities

    • Be thefirst touch point for customers in the presalesjourney
    • Involved in customer research dataanalysis lead qualification etc
    • Understand& articulate in detail client requirements & goalsfor services that we provide
    • Articulate anddemonstrate our value proposition creating excitement andenthusiasm among prospects
    • Define &maintain scope documents for design projects across multipleclients using Excel decks etc.
    • Gather customerrequirements via interviews workshops questionnaires surveys sitevisits workflow storyboards etc. and relay the information clearlyto the internal teams.
    • Accountable to ProjectManagement and sales for detailed project scope &estimate.
    • Work iteratively to provide accurateeffort estimates based on the scope to the Saleslead.

    • Experience in B2B Sales and ability tomanage enterprise clients

    • Possess a short/quick learningcurve.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office andrelevant software
    • Ability to understanddifferent domains & problemstatements
    • Sound judgment and ability toanalyze opportunities andinformation
    • Immaculate in documentationprocessoriented & analytical.
    • Abilityto effectively prioritize and execute tasks underpressure.
    • Prior exposure to user experiencedesign/software development/product management would beideal.
