Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including preparing P&L statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.

Ensure timely and accurate filing of ROC & GST returns on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Oversee financial transactions and ensure proper documentation and recording of all financial activities.
Prepare and maintain journals, ledgers, and financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate monthend closing activities and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
Conduct internal audits to identify control weaknesses and implement corrective actions as needed.
Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. Qualifying CA certification is preferred.
Minimum of 36 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
Profound knowledge of accounting principles, ROC filling, taxation, GST filing, and financial analysis.
Experience in preparing P&L statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide valuable insights.
Advanced proficiency in accounting software, Tally and MS Excel.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
