    The IESTEY Fellowship Program Roadmap:

    Phase-1: selected candidates embark on a tailored learning journey in AI, ML, or Data Science, culminating in an innovation project. Guided by expert resources, this hands-on experience hones real-world skills, showcasing their innovation prowess.

    Phase-2: All candidates engage in a dynamic internship program with USA-based companies. Building upon Phase-1 knowledge, they delve into various subjects, including:

    1. Kuramoto Models: Utilizing Kuramoto modeling to analyze synchronization dynamics in neural systems and optimize our stimulation parameters to enhance interhemispheric coherence. The models provide insights into how pulsed electromagnetic fields can multiply synchronization across brain regions.
    2. Molecular Dynamics: Molecular dynamics simulations enable us to examine conformational changes in receptors and ligands induced by electric fields at the atomic level. Here they leverage GROMACS and AutoDock to identify binding mechanisms that can be targeted by noninvasive stimulation for therapeutic effects.
    3. Neuroimaging Analysis: Advanced analysis of EEG, fMRI, and other imaging data is key to mapping stimulation-induced network changes. Here they employ machine learning, feature extraction, graph theory, and other cutting-edge techniques to derive personalized stimulation protocols from multimodal brain recordings.
