    Responsibilities

    1. Develop and execute a comprehensive category strategy for personalized products, aligned with overall company objectives and customer demands.

    2. Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify emerging opportunities, new product ideas, and potential suppliers for personalized products.

    3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to define product specifications, pricing strategies, and marketing plans for personalized products.

    4. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/vendors to ensure the availability of high-quality personalized products that meet customer expectations and profitability targets.

    5. Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers, fostering partnerships to drive product innovation, quality improvements, and cost efficiencies.

    6. Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market insights to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotions for personalized products.

    7. Monitor and manage inventory levels, working closely with the supply chain team to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.

    8. Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify gaps, benchmark pricing, and differentiate our personalized product offerings in the market.

    9. Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback related to personalized products, taking proactive measures to address any issues and enhance the overall customer experience.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor& degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master degree is a plus.

    2. Proven experience (5-7 years) as a Category Manager, Product Manager, or in a similar role, preferably within the personalized products industry.

    3. Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and product customization trends.

    4. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective category strategies, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

    5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market research, and customer insights to make informed decisions.

    6. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

    7. Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and product development, keeping up with industry trends and emerging technologies.

    8. Proficient in using data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

    9. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    10. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
