- In-depth knowledge of Avionics Platform System and understanding of Airbus spec and standards (Example - PTS, ABD etc).
- Hands-on experience of System-Software Architecture and platforms reuse components.
- Knowledge of I/O system, Redundancy management, Fault Management and BITE.
- Expertise in Build Management, Configuration Control and Change Control Board (CCB)
- Knowledge of integration activities for complex systems involving hardware, software, and application.
- Understanding of certification life cycle based on DO-178C process.
- Experience in AGILE development and life cycle tools (DOORS, JIRA, Bitbucket etc).
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in developing embedded development.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling Avionics programs.

This position requires you to lead the platform system and software integration activities for one of the key program Airbus nFMS within Platform COE at Bangalore location. You will be responsible for leading the technical team for driving the platform system development and integration with successful releases.
You will ensure that the group maintains the core platform strategies and develops the product and solutions to meet customer requirements with strong execution focus and reduction in cycle time and cost with faster go to market strategies. You will be required to demonstrate strong technical leadership and work under matrix-based environment in the global context.
