PositionOverview:We areseeking an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Store Executive tojoin our team in Bangalore. As a Retail Store Executive you willplay a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of our store.We are looking for a candidate with more than 3 years of experiencein retail management who is fluent in both English and Hindi andpossesses the ability to independently manage our store. You willbe responsible for managing all aspects of thestores operations including sales customer service andinventory management. Your responsibilities will include but notjust limited to KeyResponsibilities:Store Operations:Manage daytoday store operationsincluding opening and closing inventory management and maintaininga clean and organizedenvironment.Customer Service:Deliver excellent customer service create a welcomingatmosphere and resolve customer concerns promptly. Provide topnotchcustomer service by assisting customers answering their inquiriesand ensuring a delightful shopping experience. actively promotingour jewellery collections and assisting customers in theirpurchasingdecisions.Inventory Management:Maintain optimal inventory levels conduct regular stockchecks and manage replenishmentorders.Store Maintenance:Oversee store cleanliness safety and security. Ensurethe stores appearance and functionality are consistently at theirbest.Billing &Reporting: Prepare and submit dailyweekly and monthly reports to higher management. Everyday Salesreport.
Qualifications:

• Anygraduate.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of retailmanagement experience. preferably in the Jewellerystore.
• Fluent in English and Hindi withexcellent communication skills and interpersonalskills
• Passion for jewellery and an eye fordetail.
• Independent andselfmotivated.
• Ability to make sound decisionsand work independently and in a teamenvironment.
• Strong analytical andproblemsolving abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize taskseffectively.
• Selfmotivated and resultsoriented
• Proficiency in using CRM software other salestools and Billing software
• Proficiency in MSExcel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Professionalism integrity and a commitment tomaintaining client relationship

Other Considerations

1. The employee mighthave to visit the customers home sometime. your transport andsecurity will be taken care of by business. Somebody will accompanyyou to the client to show the jewellery

3. incentive Scheme 1% of total offlinestore sales if it crosses 5 lakhs post taxes and will bedistributed evenly among all store employees.
4. Yearly Appraisal and increase in year. From 7 to 10 %

6. Age bracket < > 24 to35
7. Trendy and presentable smart formals.
8. No leave during probation of 3 months
9. 6 days work from the Store. 1 day off perweek only on the weekday of your choice. 1 Paid leave a month andup to 18 paid leave per year.
10. Operationaldays and hours All days of the year. Bangalore store 11 AM to 8:00PM on all days
11. Candidate can bring own laptopto work. The store laptop is used for billing and reports.
