- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in market, market trends & expanding in nearby available city
- Handling accounts of clients from meeting to closure for sales & after sales.
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the clients and manage the sales program accordingly
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing terms to create compelling sales collateral & promotion to improve the sales
- Monitor the program across all domestic sales channels and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
- evelop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics
- Review daily reports of field sales success and communicate VOC data to top management
