    IdealCandidate Profile (Essential Attributes) PostGraduation/Graduation inCommerce science or engineering. MBA /postgraduation will be an added advantage. Preferred Age 35 65 years Certification inadvanced banking courses from reputed institutes would be anadvantage. Shouldhave 3 to 5 years of training experience of working in a bank or alarge NBFC ideally in a retail business roleand a thorough understanding of asset liability andfeebased products selling and other branchbanking processes.
    OtherAttributes Corporatetraining experience would be an advantage. The trainer should be up to date with latest regulatorydevelopments especially those involvingprocess changes (e.g. KYC) and technological advancement in retailbanking should be able to multitask andhandle complexity and ambiguity. Able tolucidly explain technical concepts without using jargon. Should have above average communication andwriting skills Experience of working in acustomer facing role is ideal. Experiencein induction training of new bank employees working as a visitingfaculty in colleges or management instituteswould be an advantage. The trainer shouldbe familiar with different group training methodologies such asrole plays group discussion grouppresentation peer to peer learning and so on. The trainers should be well versed inEnglish and fluent in the regional language.

     Should impart CPBFI trainingas per the existing module. Trainparticipant to pitch a banking product as per customer needs. Develop good understanding of differentfunctions and roles inside a bank such asbusiness development operations customerservice underwriting collection and so onwithin the participants.
