- Lead the design of user interfaces for perioperative scheduling, inpatient patient management, generative AI chatbots, and configuration management applications.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to define requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research, user testing, and analysis of user feedback to iterate on designs and improve the user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design and healthcare technology.
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Zeplin, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
