- Conducting dealer visits
- Conducting product performance demos where ever necessary
- Registering Dealers and Generating Sales Orders
- Conducting farmer visits
- Facilitating product liquidation through various activities like
- Conducting farmer meetings, awareness camps etc on regular basis (season wise, crop wise)
- Conducting product promotion activities
- Product stock assessment at dealer level on fortnightly basis
- Recover payments in time and repeat orders
- Explore new areas and expand dealer network
- Conduct team building activities with field team and promote them to improve and enhance sales
