- Lead and manage the night shift housekeeping team to ensure efficient cleaning and sanitation of the hospital premises.
- Oversee the implementation of cleaning protocols, ensuring compliance with hospital standards and protocols.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely cleaning of patient rooms, common areas, and facilities.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in housekeeping supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts and manage a team effectively.
