- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in RTL design
- Strong knowledge of RTL design concepts and methodologies
- Proficiency in RTL coding languages such as Verilog
- Experience with hardware description languages (HDL) simulation tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with ASIC design flow and SoC development
- Working knowledge of UVM (Universal Verification Methodology)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
