The PDI Incharge oversees the pre-delivery inspection process for products or vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements before delivery.

This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing inspection procedures, and ensuring timely completion of inspections to facilitate smooth delivery to customers.


  • Coordinate predelivery inspection activities for products or vehicles, including scheduling inspections, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Oversee a team of inspectors and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed to ensure thorough and accurate inspections.
  • Develop and implement inspection procedures and checklists to ensure consistency and compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections of products or vehicles to identify any defects, damages, or discrepancies and take corrective actions as necessary.


Previous experience in quality control, inspection, or manufacturing, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and relevant industry standards.
Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail to identify and address any defects or discrepancies during the inspection process.
Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, provide feedback, and address customer concerns.
