We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant specialist In This Role You Will Scrum Facilitation: Daily Standups (Daily Scrum) Facilitate daily standup meetings ensuring that team members share updates discuss progress and identify any impediments Iteration/Sprint Planning Meetings: Assist the team in planning and estimating work for upcoming sprints Prevent over-commitment and scope creep Sprint Reviews: Participate in sprint review meetings capturing feedback from stakeholders and identifying areas for improvement Retrospectives: Facilitate retrospectives to reflect on the sprint identify actionable improvements and enhance team performance Team Support and Coaching Servant Leadership Act as a servant leader supporting the teams needs and removing obstacles Individual 1-on-1s Meet with team members individually to address concerns resolve conflicts and promote collaboration Internal Consulting Consult with team members and stakeholders on Scrum practices helping them work effectively within the framework Process Management Scrum Board Administration Manage the Scrum board ensuring that cards are up to date tools like Jira Software are functioning well Reporting and Analysis Regularly analyze burndown charts other planning tools to track progress adjust as needed Blockers Resolution Eliminate external blockers address internal roadblocks through process improvements Continuous Improvement Workflow Optimization Continuously seek opportunities to enhance workflows productivity efficiency Flexibility Adaptability Remain open changes adapt scrum practices based on dynamics organizational context Objectives facilitate coordinate Agile processes company Guide coach Team Agile principles practices Ensure works collaboratively efficiently deliver high-quality products Work Product Developer prioritize product backlog To be successful this role you should meet following requirements Minimum years experience as Scrumb Master similar role Proficiency scrum principles ceremonies artifacts Strong communication facilitation conflict resolution skills Certification Certified ScrumbMaster CSM Professional ScrumbMaster PSM plus In-depth knowledge Agile methodologies SAFE scrum Excellent interpersonal problem-solving analytical skills Lead facilitate ceremonies Good handle cloud migration projects General conceptual understanding programming DB querying SAFe certification Kanban certification plus Ability collaborate cross-functional teams Prior knowledge project management tools Azure Experience managing complex platform releases production environment Team management experience Conflict resolution task tracking.Job description
