    Designation: Business Development Manager (Solution services Sales)

    Job Description:-

    We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our thriving team. Business Development Manager will be responsible for the build, sign-off, and execution, of the Go to a Market plan to acquire customers for related services/solutions & understanding the Install Base/ users. You will identify and work with new customers to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how solution services can deliver value. This role requires working closely with the Sales Leaders, Sales & Marketing Representatives, and other key stakeholders to engage with both IT and Business in solution service customer companies.

    Responsibilities:

    o Consuming the service offerings of INT

    o Consulting clients on the best possible solutions for their business requirements.

    o Contacting potential clients to discuss their requirements establish rapport and win deals for INT.

    o Analyzing quality of leads and qualify them to ensure business growth

    o Contribute to prospecting for new clients.

    o Planning and overseeing new prospecting initiatives.

    o Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

    o Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

    o Creating sales report and coordinating with the management for growth strategy building

    o Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

    o Developing scope documents and proposals for clients.

    o Training SDRs and helping team members develop their skills.

    o Experience in selling up Web Designing

    o Experience in selling Mobile Applications

    o Experience in selling in Digital Marketing and web application

    Requirements:

    Bachelors degree in Engineering, business administration or a relevant field.

    3 to 5+ years in B2B/Enterprise software sales, emphasizing Enterprise deals.

    Should have experience in selling to Enterprise clients in BFSI or Pharma or Insurance, solutions like web designing, Mobile, web applications, Digital marketing ,IOT, Analytics etc.

    Should have a track record of building successful teams, developing partnerships and delivering sustainable growth.

    In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.\

    Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Active within industry associations in the market to increase INTs awareness and keep current with market trends.

    Maintain a deep knowledge of the clients business trends, current macro and micro economic climate, and potential new business opportunities.
