• Done cross-sell/ upsell. Talks about the revenue up-tick he/she brought in from the accounts handled
• Worked with cross-functional teams internally to drive "client happiness."
• Tech savvy, product-savvy and talks about/ takes pride in products he/she championed
• Have worked in any org from tech product / SaaS product/ enterprise product domains
• Storytelling
