As an Infra TechSupport Practitioner for IT Operations you will be responsible forproviding ongoing technical support and maintenance of productionand development systems and software products.

Your typical daywill involve troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issuesimplementing technology at the operating systemlevel and providingsupport for configured services running on various platforms.

Roles& Responsibilities:
Provide L1 and L2/ basic andintermediate level troubleshooting for hardware/softwareissues. Implement technology atthe operating systemlevel across all server and network areas.
Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production anddevelopment systems and software products. Provide support forconfigured services running on various platforms.

Experience in Red Hat OSAdministration


Good To HaveSkills:
Experience in Veritas NetBackup Administration.Strong understanding of serverand network areas. Experience introubleshooting hardware/software issues.

Experience inimplementing technology at the operating systemlevel.Experience in providing ongoingtechnical support and maintenance of production and developmentsystems and software products.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have aminimum of 2 years of experiencein Red Hat OS Administration.The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background incomputer science or a related field along with a proven trackrecord of delivering impactful solutions.
