The Senior Development Manager for the E-commerce Platform plays a pivotal role in overseeing and leading the development team responsible for the company's e-commerce platform.

This role involves managing the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring the platform's scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives. The Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, enhance user experience, and drive continuous improvement.


Team Leadership:

Manage and Lead Development Team:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Define clear roles, responsibilities, and goals for team members.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Participate in the recruitment process to build a skilled and motivated development team.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members.

Project Management:

• Development Lifecycle:
• Oversee the endtoend development lifecycle of the ecommerce platform.
• Ensure timely delivery of highquality software solutions, meeting business requirements.

Agile Methodology:

• Implement and promote Agile methodologies for project management and development processes.
• Conduct regular sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Technical Leadership:

Technology Stack:

• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in ecommerce technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and make informed decisions on the choice of technology stack.
• Handson experience in Java

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and enforce quality assurance processes through out the Development life cycle
• Ensure QA team members for comprehensive testing.

Collaboration:
Cross-functional

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with Business stake holders and Marketing teams to align development efforts with business goals.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between teams.

Stakeholder Management:

• Engage with key stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations.
• Provide regular updates on development progress and address any concerns
