    Job Title: Manager - Inventory

    Job Summary:

    Responsible for overseeing the efficient planning, tracking, and management of stock flow from procurement to distribution. The role will involve strategizing stock allocation, coordinating with procurement teams, monitoring stock consumption, optimizing logistics, and ensuring timely order processing and delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Spearhead the strategic planning and execution of supply chain operations from procurement to distribution, ensuring seamless coordination and optimization throughout the entire supply chain network.

    Demand Planning Excellence: Lead demand planning initiatives, encompassing comprehensive analysis and forecasting techniques to accurately anticipate customer demand, including the intricacies of promotional planning to maximize sales opportunities.

    Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Expertise: Drive the Sales & Operations Planning process, harmonizing sales forecasts with operational capabilities to align resources efficiently and meet customer demands while optimizing inventory levels and operational costs.

    Statistical Forecasting Mastery: Apply advanced statistical modelling and forecasting methodologies to evaluate and select the most effective forecasting strategies tailored to the organization's unique business requirements, enhancing forecast accuracy and reliability.

    Optimized Inventory Management: Develop a robust statistical framework to determine optimal safety stock levels, balancing supply and demand variability, product shelf life, and storage constraints to minimize inventory carrying costs while ensuring high service levels.

    Dynamic Product Substitution Strategies: Design and implement intelligent product substitution logic to promptly address stockouts, optimize fill rates, and minimize the risk of obsolete inventory, fostering agility and resilience in the supply chain.

    KPI-driven Supply Chain Performance Management: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Fill Rates, Out-of-Stock (OOS) occurrences, and other relevant metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

    Predictive Analytics for Proactive Decision-Making: Harness the power of predictive analytics to anticipate stock positions at warehouses and distribution centers, enabling proactive measures to mitigate stock shortages or excesses, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

    6-8 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations, in a supervisory or managerial role.

    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.

    Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
