    Area Sales Manager will be responsible for Generating New Distributors, conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluating customer needs Actively seeking out new sales opportunities, setting up meetings with potential clients and resolving their concerns.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsible for Developing & implementing sales strategies.

    Responsible for Distributor, Dealer maintaining and increasing sales of company's products

    Creating new distributors assigned territory.

    Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base

    Would be responsible for Building a team, Managing and mentoring them to reach their sales Targets.

    Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

    Developing sales strategies and setting targets

    Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets

    Ensure Sales Target (Value and Volume)

    Ensure Execution of Primary & Secondary Sales

    Would be Responsible For - Building Up a Strong Distribution Network

    Will be accountable for the assigned market (key accounts and outlets).

    Conducting regular feedback sessions with team members and providing necessary inputs.

    Design and implement local Sales promotion scheme

    Set clear volume targets and KPIs for his team.

    Carry out coaching, mentoring, and hand-holding for the team members and develop upon their required skill set.

    Develop good rapport and relationship with existing dealers and distributors

    Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of our products.

    Desired Skills-

    Good Communication/Presentation Skills

    Candidates should be from FMCG sector

    Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.

    Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies

    Experience managing and directing a sales team

    Outstanding negotiation sales skills.

    Exceptional customer service skills

    Attitude for Client Relationship

    Basic Computers operating skills word/XL/PPT/Email

    Qualification and experience:

    Edu: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree with 4-8 years of experience.

    Gender: Male

    2-wheeler compulsory
