- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in implementing and managing Manhattan Warehouse Management Open Systems (WMoS)
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices
- Strong understanding of order management processes and optimization techniques
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Manhattan WMoS
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Certification in Manhattan Associates' WMS solutions is preferred
- MUST-HAVE experience in complete implementation and integration of Manhattan Warehouse Management Open Systems (WMoS)
- Develop and execute strategies for supply chain optimization and order management
- Manage and maintain the Manhattan CMoS platform, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and system enhancements
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any issues related to the Manhattan WMoS system
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
- Train and mentor team members on the effective use of the Manhattan CMoS system
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management
