Responsibilities:

Develop andimplement strategies for efficient revenuecollection.
Monitor andanalyze accounts receivable to ensure timely payments fromclients.
Collaboratewith sales and customer service teams to address billing inquiriesanddiscrepancies.
Travel toclient locations as required to build and maintain relationshipsaddress concerns and facilitate effective revenue collection.
Analyzefinancial data to identify trends anomalies and areas forimprovement.
Prepare regularreports on revenue performance highlighting key insights andrecommendations.
Identify andimplement process improvements in revenue assurance and collectionprocesses.
Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to streamline workflows and enhanceoverallefficiency.
Ensurecompliance with financial regulations contractual obligations andcompanypolicies.
Work closelywith legal teams to resolve any compliancerelatedissues.
Generate andpresent regular reports on revenue status outstanding payments andcollection efficiency to seniormanagement.
Establish andmaintain strong relationships withcustomers.
Address clientqueries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive customerexperience.
Collaboratewith other departments including sales customer service andoperations to align revenue assurance initiatives with overallbusiness objectives.

Requirements

Bachelorsdegree in Finance Accounting or a related field. MBA is aplus.
Provenexperience in revenue assurance collection or related financialroles.
Strongunderstanding of customer management processes andprinciples.
Excellentanalytical and problemsolvingskills.
Ability tocommunicate effectively with internal and externalstakeholders.
Familiaritywith financial regulations and compliancestandards.
Proficiency infinancial software and MicrosoftExcel.
Detailorientedwith a focus on accuracy andcompleteness.
Leadershipskills and the ability to work collaboratively in a teamenvironment.
Strongorganizational and time managementskills.
