Requirement:-
Who can build and handle a team of approx BDEs in various locations.
Candidates will be responsible for handling and motivating the team for meeting monthly listing targets without compromising the quality of listing.
Job Role:-
Merchant Onboarding in assigned geography.
Ensure to achieve 100% Monthly Targets.
Recruit, Train and Build a team of Field Sales Executives and Team Leaders.
Keep the team motivated and lead from front.
Ensure to meet Quality parameters as per set norms.
Key Skills:- Good Team leader with proven track record .
Should be competitive and confident .
Should have the zeal to achieve daily targets.
Should be excellent with verbal communication - English and Respective Regional Language. Should be flexible to travel.
Eligibility Requirement:-
Post Graduate (MBA) At least 4-6 years field sales experience and Minimum 2 years on supervisory role.
Experience of handling Big team would be added advantage
Good communication skills
Must have computer knowledge - Excel and Basic Data Analysis
Should be presentable in the Market.
