KeyResponsibilities/Duties:
Workclosely with clients to understand business requirements and togain a thorough understanding of the business processes. Develop project estimates and manageproject work plans. Learn and adhere todepartment standards for design development and qualitycontrol. Complete major deliverablesincluding technical design documentation and implementation ofbusiness requirements. Prepare for andsupport user acceptance testing. Work aspart of a scaled agile delivery team continually creating businessvalue. Complete all tasks related totechnical analysis building and unit testing in accordance with theIT development life cycle. Provide postimplementation hyper care and transition to supportteam. Handle deployments define the bestpractices and coding guidelines for theteam. Create and maintain documentation forsystems and processes. Assist withdeveloping improvements to team processes andprocedures. Stay abreast of new developmentsand functionality of Alfresco and content management industrytrends.


WorkExperience:

Extensiveknowledge and experience in using and implementing Alfresco forcontent management. A full understanding ofthe Alfresco Content Services architecture and how to extend itusing ADF content modeling web scripts behaviors actions andscheduled jobs. Proficiency in Angular andAngular material for frontend development.

Experience in working in a DevSecOps environment with CI/CD toolssuch as Git and Bitbucket Deploy and manageapplications on AWS cloud platform using services like EKS EC2 ECRAmazon Aroura and Cloud watch.

Skills inconfiguring the bitbucket pipelines Docker Kubernetes andhelm.

A strong grasp of Java design patternsand software engineering concepts and bestpractices Excellent problemsolving anddebugging skills with the ability to ask for help whenneeded.

Experience in developingMicroservices using Spring Boot and REST or GraphQLAPIs.

Exposure and interest in full stackdevelopment in one of the following:
Node.
JS Python orJava. Ability to consume libraries tools andAPIs from other teams to achieve the desiredfunctionality. Technical team leadershipexperience and good communication skills.
Experience in Scaled Agile framework ispreferred.

Excellent verbaland written skills (to include process flowcharting and formalbusiness solutions documents) Enjoychallenging and thoughtprovoking work and have a strong desire tolearn and progress (motivated enough toselflearn). Must demonstrate a strongclientcentric attitude and understand the fundamentals of customerservice. Able towork independently and with team members (brainstorming teambuilding activities etc.).


Formal Education andExperience Required:

(minimum requirement to performjob duties): A bachelors degree in ITrelated program is preferred.

A minimum of 6plus years of experience in Alfresco Atleast 8 years of experience in Java/J2EEtechnologies
Working Conditions: Normal office environmentwith little exposure to noise dust andtemperatures.

Normally works a regularschedule of hours however hours may vary depending upon the projector assignment. Willingness to travel bothdomestically and internationally. Frequency and duration to bedetermined by manager.
