    Description


    Job Responsibilities :To ensure Reliability and availability of all equipment / instruments and Services. Responsible for day to day maintenance and administrative / commercial including generation of PRs / facilitation of payments. To ensure Safe and Security of terminal with total compliance to HSSE norms.

    Job Accountabilities

    Reduction in costs

    • Reducing variable costs.
    • Performance monitoring of AMC contractor/other vendors and Monitor their payments.
    • Reduce HSD own consumption for DG and Fire Water Pumps/ Power costs.

    Total compliance to maintenance procedures

    • Ensuring reliability and availability of equipment and instruments.
    • To review the FIRs created by operation personnel and coordinate with Central Maintenance for preparation of FARs and implement the recommendations of FARs.
    • Availability and updating of history and maintenance record of all equipment.
    • To identify, requisition and follow up of the materials required; to inspect the materials received at stores and request Central maintenance for codification of new materials.
    • Comply to all IMS requirements, undertake internal IMS audits and achieve nil non conformities in ISO audits
    • Maintain attached Depots as per standards

    Commercial / Administration & HSSE

    • Co-ordinate with safety officer for monthly mock fire drills and share / discuss the shortcomings to avoid its recurrence in future
    • Institute Walk around Management audits. Review, implement and share the learning.
    • Organise monthly safety committee meetings,Monitor HSSE performance by monthly MIS
    • Co-ordinate with local OMCs/fire service other nearby Industries and update Mutual Aid Scheme.
    • Collection and timely submission of canteen rent and TT calibration charges and internally circulated the amounts detail.
    • Proper handling of Terminal Imprest and Prepare Monthly uses and circulated.
    • Generate PR well within time for all Services / AMCs required during mothballing
    • Facilitate payments to vendors / statutory payments within time for Terminal and attached Depots
    • Renewal of Licenses, Agreements within time for Terminal and attached Depots
    • Ensure housekeeping of operation and non-operational areas of the Terminal
    • Coordinate with Statutory authorities for renewal of all statutory licenses and periodic compliances / returns
    • Prepare the Terminal Budget and monitor the month wise plan Vs actual and report to be circulated to HO.

    Monitor and control all security aspects of the Terminal in line with Security SOPs

    Learning and Development

    • Arrange to conduct toolbox talks to AMC staff and other contract staff

    To provide training (Internal / External / on the job training) to Maintenance Technicians at least 40 hours in a period of one year.

    Education Requirement :

    Graduate Engineer (Any Discipline)

    Experience Requirement :

    Minimum up to 7 to 10 years of Work experience in Oil Industry
