    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Solution Sales Specialist to join our team at Recykal. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability, a strong understanding of waste management processes, and a proven track record of sales success in the environmental technology sector. As a Solution Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding clients' waste management challenges, and recommending tailored solutions to meet their needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prospect and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
    • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' waste management goals, pain points, and regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to customize solutions that address clients' specific needs and deliver maximum value.
    • Present and demonstrate our platform to potential clients through engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and achieve sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to effectively position Recykal's solutions in the market.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven track record of success in solution sales, preferably in the environmental technology or waste management sector.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and understand complex software solutions.
    • Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive environmental impact.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
