    Job Description:

    Network Security (Firewall Management & URL Filtering)

    Job Location: Mindspace, Hyderabad

    Work Mode: Work at office

    Shift: Rotational (24/7)

    Responsibilities:


    • Configure and troubleshoot Firewalls and URL filtering across multiple devices using Netsweeper tool.


    • Create documentation for support and operations tasks regarding the above tools.


    • Engineer and implement customized security solutions.


    • Provide level 2 support and share in the 24 x 7 support responsibilities for HBK's international network.


    • Mentor and train other team members.


    • Configure, plan, install, maintain, and optimize network systems, equipment, and applications ensuring network protocols and security policies are used effectively.


    • Solve engineering problems through the ownership of level-appropriate customer requests and issues, seeing them through to resolution.


    • Collaborate with multiple teams to build strong customer relationships.


    • Collaborate and share knowledge with other Engineers and Analysts.


    • Create network diagrams and as-built documents.


    • Monitor and analyze logs from various types of systems.


    • Respond to security alert events in various systems (E-Mail, Firewall, and other systems from time to time)


    • Provide evidentiary support for Audit and Compliance teams.


    • Manage the remediation process including tracking and resolutions of findings from internal and/or external audit findings, risk assessments, and other control assessments.


    • Develop and maintain a strong partnership with relevant global businesses and technical leaders and teams, including 3rd parties and affiliate businesses.


    • Manage the training and awareness program, including a company-wide security champions, for all business functions to help make Information Security everybody responsibility.


    • Perform Risk Assessments of vendors, controls, and system implementations.

    Technical Skills


    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Firewall Management and Network Security Role.


    • Should have worked in an environment managing 500+ firewalls of minimum 6 -7 OEM types of environments.


    • Experience in Firewall: Cisco, Nokia, ZTE, Juniper, Fortinet and Mavenir.


    • Intermediate Understanding of network packet analysis via tools such as packet captures on firewalls, logging for Palo Altos and TCP dump.


    • Working knowledge in URL filtering across multiple devices using Netsweeper tool.


    • Administration of Firewalls/ Policy design / Policy implementation both at layer 2 & Layer 3 level


    • Overall Infrastructure of internet access points and Security.


    • Knowledge of various NW management tools.
