    Description

    Onboarding:

    Planning and conducting new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward

    organizational objective

    Providing current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties,

    working conditions, compensation, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits

    Operations:

    Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions and helping resolve

    work-related problems

    Lead and implement HR Automation initiatives and building HR tools to enhance process

    efficiencies and internal databases across all departments and locations.

    Managing employee records, payroll and leaves of each employee in the system

    Providing support in day-to-day HR Operations such as application for work passes, annual

    performance appraisal, Monthly Townhalls, training plans, ensuring the presence of adequate

    staff in each clinic on a daily basis

    Highlighting requirement of staff in any clinic to the recruitment team

    Track and Highlight key HR Metrics and HR Reporting

    Compliance:

    Designing and implementing benefits, compliance related policies and working with the senior

    leadership teams to ensure its alignment with business need

    Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and

    recreation programs

    Oversee all statutory, legal and compliance requirements for all entities in India.

    Employee Engagement:

    Managing Employee relations within the company by understanding the pulse of the team,

    conducting engagement activities, and concentrating on the overall well-being

    Driving employee experience with timely issuance of accurate appointment letters, offer letters,

    confirmation letters, relieving letters, timely closure of any queries with regards to leaves,

    Insurance, compensation, HR policies, etc.

    Managing smooth Exit process in terms of completion of the full and final settlements for

    employees and considering feedback from exit interviews for better employee experience
