    Skills and Qualifications:

    • 4+ years in operations or project management in a Digital Marketing agency.
    • Ability to manage all aspects of operations, from strategy to delivery.
    • Experience with tools and methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
    • Capable of leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration.
    • Skilled in identifying inefficiencies and implementing productivity-enhancing solutions.
    • Experience managing budgets, optimizing resources, and controlling costs.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels of the organization.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with Digital Tools: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira), and analytics platforms.
