    Location: This position is based in Mumbai, with frequent travel within the western territory of India

    Job Summary: As a Sales Manager specializing in security products for our distribution company, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our market presence in Western India. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in selling security solutions. This role requires a strategic approach to identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Effectively sell security products of brands represented by the company in the Western market of India
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
    1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including security systems integrators, consultants, real estate developers, corporate clients, and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Understand client requirements and propose tailored security solutions to meet their needs.
    1. Product Knowledge:
    • Stay updated on the latest developments in security technology and products.
    • Provide in-depth product knowledge to clients and support them in making informed purchase decisions.
    1. Sales Target Achievement:
    • Achieve ambitious sales targets within the designated territory.
    • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
    1. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer preferences.
    • Regularly analyse sales data and market feedback to refine strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
    1. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products.
    1. Reporting:
    • Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team.
    • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions.
    1. AR Management

    · Ensure all customers – existing and new, are evaluated on specified financial guidelines

    · Follow up on and recover outstanding payments

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the security products industry.
    • Strong understanding of security technologies and solutions.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Familiarity with the security market and key players in Western India.
