We are seeking a highly skilled Medicine Specialist to join our team at one of our well-established hospitals in Joda Noamundi, Jajpur and Jamshedpur locations.

Job Details:

• Position: Medicine Specialist
• Location: Joda Noamundi, Jajpur and Jamshedpur
• Qualification: MD/DNB
• Experience: 0-10 years

The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills and be able to perform the following duties:

• Examine patients and provide medical advice for investigations and treatment
• Dress or stitch wounds as required and refer patients to the OT
• Admit patients to the IPD as necessary
• Examine patients quickly and institute treatment immediately
• Attend to OPD patients daily at the OHC
• Provide medical care and attendance to patients admitted in wards under the guidance of the Head Medical
• Conduct annual medical examinations for employees as required
• Supervise and ensure the functioning of various hospital sections including medical stores, dispensaries, general stores, X-ray units, laboratories, and operation theatres
• Support administration in checking attendance, leave grants, and duty rosters

Key Skills:

• Providing good standards of medical care - preventive, curative, and promotive
• Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and maintaining records
• Handling First Aid and emergencies arising from accidents or sickness
• Liaising with hospitals and specialists for health camps and employee health talks
• Promoting occupational health and hygiene
• Overseeing the maintenance and administration of occupational health centers
• Conducting periodic training programs on First Aid, General Health, and Hygiene
• Organizing internal audits, risk assessments, and implementing health management systems
• Coordinating in-house trainings on health and safety

Requirements:

• Completed MBBS and DNB/MD Medicine from a recognized university
• University recognition by NMC/MCI
