We are seeking a candidate for the Wholesale Jewelry Designer Intern position in our company. As a Wholesale Jewelry Designer Intern, you will gain practical experience in designing jewellery collections specifically tailored for wholesale distribution. You will work alongside our design team to understand market trends, create compelling designs, and support the development of wholesale partnerships. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with opportunities to work closely with our design and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing jewellery collections suitable for wholesale distribution, considering market trends and customer preferences.
• Conduct research on competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and target wholesale markets to inform design decisions.
• Create sketches, digital renderings, and product prototypes under the guidance of senior designers.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure the quality and consistency of production samples.
• Support the development of marketing materials and presentations for wholesale partners.
• Assist in maintaining design files, organising sample inventory, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated from a Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, or related program.
• Strong passion for jewellery design and an interest in wholesale distribution.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Rhino, or CAD software.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, creativity, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
