Description

• Connect applicants through outbound calls to coordinate on their applications.

• Answer inbound calls from the applicants about general concerns / issues related to application.

• validate accurate information from the applicants (i.e. phone number, email, proper spelling of applicant names).

• Guide the applicant to submit all required missing documents to complete the underwriting process of their application.

Skills Required:

• Good communication in the applicable language (English)

Spoken skills & written skills

• Willing to work in the Fixed night shift (6:30 pm to 4:30 am IST), 5 Days/Week. Rotational Week Offs

• Customer service skills

• Technical proficiency in MS office products required (Excel, Word, etc.)

• Prefer to have experience using Yardi Voyager or similar property management program
