- Design and develop Odoo apps (new module development, customization).
- Develop and deploy ERP modules from scratch.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, identify requirements and develop effective software solutions.
- Design, code, test, debug and document software according to the functional requirements.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure the quality and adherence to coding standards
- Functional knowledge of ERP modules like Accounting, Stock, CRM, Inventory, HR, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, E- Commerce, and Payment gateway.
- Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, algorithms, data-flow diagrams, layouts, user-flow diagrams, charts, code comments, and keeping code clean and optimized.
- Integrate software components and third-party programs.
- Experience in Migrations, and Odoo end-user training.
- Strong knowledge of Core Python and programming concepts.
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, Unix / Linux and Windows platform.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo releases, new features, and industry trends.
- Knowledge on Data import using ODOO import as well as custom import using Python.
- Has experience working with various types of API interfaces: REST, GraphQL, SOAP, etc.
- Experience in existing module customisation: Creating custom fields, view, reports etc..
- Strong understanding of unit testing, design patterns and usage of tools like profilers.
- Sound knowledge of coding, unit testing, server deployment and troubleshooting.
- Experience in handling databases from different data sources.
- Experience in integrating banking API s to Odoo system.
- Work experience in large scale applications (Integrating datas from millions of databases).
- 7+ years experience working in Odoo
- Proven experience as an Odoo Developer with a strong portfolio of successful Odoo projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Odoo framework, architecture, and development best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and XML
- Experience with database management and SQL queries.
- Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and web services (REST, SOAP).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving qualities
- Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong knowledge in relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL)
